NEW OUTDOOR FAMILY AQUATIC CENTER

Hastings, Nebraska

The new outdoor Family Aquatic Center opened in June 2004.This 18,331 s.f. facility is located in Prospect Park within the City of Hastings, Nebraska. The pool was designed for recreational as well as competitive use. Larkin designers included plans for future expansion of the pool through the installation of a wave pool and water playground. The residents of Hastings embraced the facility plan and passed a bond in November 2002, which funded the construction.
