WATHENA REMODEL AND RENOVATION

Wathena, Kansas

Over 30 years ago, Larkin designed a 25-yard, 6-lane swimming pool for the City of Wathena.  Although it served the community well, it was time for an upgrade.  Wathena once again hired Larkin for a fresh design that includes features appealing to all ages.  The pool is laid out so that it can accommodate swim lessons and deep water aerobics.  The zero-depth beach area allows small children to splash and play.
